Interact with commercial customers to provide information in response to inquiries about products and services and to handle billing questions and resolve customer concerns.

Tasks Performed:

• Check to ensure that appropriate changes were made to resolve customers’ problems.
• Send Certificates of Insurance
• Process endorsements
• Identify coverage opportunities
• Handle renewals
