I grew up in Bowling Green Ky and I am Western KY University Grad.

I started working in the industry in 1999 in Claims, then Underwriting/product, and then became an agent. I really enjoy helping to protect everything that matters most to my clients. Think of me as your insurance Doctor: I don’t save lives, I save lifestyles.

Fun fact about me: I enjoy my Faith, Family, and Football. In that order. I am also a foodie! I love to cook and create in the kitchen.

I definitely enjoy my weekends! Sundays are for church and football games, and I volunteer at Mt Zion Baptist Church as a Deacon. I am also a former Board Member Williamson County YMCA, and former Alumni Board member at WKU.

I was born and raised in the small town of Blytheville, Arkansas. I am an alumnus of two HBCUs: Lane College (Bachelors) and Tennessee State University (Masters). I’ve built my career on developing and protecting what matters to people the most – their minds, bodies, and lifestyles. I truly enjoy working with people one-on-one and understanding their goals and how I can help. I really enjoy spending time with my family, playing games, and watching basketball! I am a national recording artist and I have released 2 albums and several singles. When I’m not working you can find me working out, playing or recording music, having fun with the family, or watching basketball. I’m passionate about youth basketball, my faith, and being a good community servant.

I was born in Tennessee; however, my family is originally from Wisconsin. I lived there for around 6 years when we moved back to Tennessee where I grew up in middle Tennessee in a few locations such as Nashville, Pegram, and Dickson areas.

My hobbies are spending time with my family doing things like hanging out at our pool, going hiking, fishing and camping. The outdoors gives me a feeling of exhilaration.

BTJ Insurance is the first agency I have worked with for a year and a half, however, I have over 20 years of experience in Administrative support responsibilities. My experience is in a few areas such as advertising, rehabilitation administrative support, as well as trucking dispatch.

I enjoy working for Bobby at BTJ Insurance and support him in all of his Administrative needs outside of Insurance duties. The most exciting thing for me is that I feel like I am a huge part of BTJ Insurance’s growth and commitment to the communities we serve.

My goals and contributions in assisting with the growth are that I make sure that all of his administrative tasks are taken care of so he can take care of his clients which is what is most important to our agency.

I personally enjoy being a part of something that has a huge potential for growth as a team. We have a strong team and I am so thankful to be a part of it.

When I am not at work, you can find me at our house pool, listening to music and enjoying time with my family. During the fall we enjoy going out for a hike while camping and fishing at nearby campsites.

Another one of my favorite places is definitely Gatlinburg, Tennessee. There isn’t anything like being in a nice cabin in the mountains and enjoying all of the amenities they have to offer families.

I moved around a lot when I was growing up. I lived in England, North Carolina, California, and Washington State.
My very first job was as a file clerk in an Insurance office when I was 13. Then I worked part-time in high school at an Allstate office, answering phones. I went on later to get my license after I moved to Tennessee in 2003.

I love what I do because I love to help people protect the things that they have worked hard for.

Something to know about me is that I love animals, especially my dogs, and anything that has to do with animals.

I like to go for long drives in the country and listen to music and sing along, although I’m not sure I’d call that a talent.

On weekends I like to watch Netflix, go fishing, hang out with friends, and spend time with my husband and dogs.

I grew up in a small town in Ohio. I lived in Michigan for 4 years before moving to Tennessee in 2014.
I have worked with small businesses for over 10 years and have been focusing on Commercial Insurance since 2018. I truly love working with small businesses and working with them on protecting their assets personally and professionally.

Some fun facts to know about me are that I enjoy spending time with my family outdoors. We love the scenery here in Tennessee!
Also, I grew up on a farm and was in 4-H for 10 years. When I’m not at work, I enjoy spending time with friends drinking wine by the fire.

I grew up in a little town called New Bern, on the North Carolina coast.
Regarding my experience, 2020 marked my 20th year in the industry, and it’s flown by! I definitely enjoy my job because I’m a people person, and I enjoy helping folks fine-tune their insurance programs, whether it be saving money, improving coverage, or my favorite – both!

Fun fact: I’m a sports junkie. I love my pets. And I’m a foodie — always love discovering new spots! I think that in a previous life, I was a sportswriter for a couple of newspapers in NC. And I also won an open tryout to be the public address announcer for a minor-league baseball team when I was 19.

A perfect weekend is spent with my wife, my pets (aka my zoo) and my friends, enjoying great food and even better company. Also, I support a number of organizations, with Second Harvest Food Bank and Human Rights Campaign being two of my favorites.

I have 10 years of experience in the insurance industry, of which all 10 years I have been with BTJ Insurance. I can say that what I most enjoy about my work is my clients.

Personally, I love to spend time with my family. On the weekends, I love to relax with a good movie, and I also sing in my church choir as a volunteer activity.

I grew up in a very small town in Carroll County, Maryland. My Grandfather was a Baseball coach, so I found myself loving sports.
I have 30 years experience with Nationwide Insurance I would have to say that what most excites me about my job is that I love giving great customer services. Helping to make a positive difference in someone’s life brings me great joy!

Som fun facts about me are that I enjoy creative design, such as Event and Interior decorating. Making things beautiful! Also, at one point I found myself obsessed with working out. And I worked out 3 times a day.

On the weekends you can find me with my family or out with friends somewhere having the best time. Soon, I plan to do Random Pop-up shops to help women of domestic abuse find there voice and get there life back!

I grew up in Nashville, Tennessee. I have a Bachelor of Science Degree from Tennessee State University.
With regard to my experience, I have my Property and Casualty license. I handle Underwriting and Claims issues. What I most like about what I do is engaging with our clients and making them feel they are important to our Agency.

Something I cannot stop talking about is my niece and my nephew and their accomplishments.

Something fun to know about me is that I enjoy writing and I am in the process of writing my first book!
